At Balance Phone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Balance Phone in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Device

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
